I recently watched a snowboarding movie named “The Art Of Flight” and not only was it an awe inspiring Hi definition impressive masterpiece of snowboarding but it also had an interesting soundtrack too. Which made me appreciate its soundtrack on a whole new level to the point of which I have never experienced a movie soundtrack before.
While thinking about writing a blog for PSJunkies.com, it got me thinking.
Music is such a powerful tool and if you’re armed with the right music, you can fuel your keyboard inputs with a certain passion.
An old friend of mine once wrote:
I’ll let you in on a secret, something not everyone knows.Music is alive.
It moves.
It breathes.
It grows.
Unfortunately there are those in the industry who have forgotten this. They concern themselves with the next big trend, spewing out pablum and claptrap, each supposedly ‘creative’ endeavor more banal then the next. They are killing music, ensuring that it falls to its knees, waylaid by concerns about sale and profit. The future of music looked bleak for a while, until those who truly loved it started the revolt. DJ Rob Groove is one of those people. He grabbed a genre of music and gave it his life-breath. He nursed it back to health using turntables and mixing boards.
Long live the music,
long live those who truly love it. M.V.G. (Marco Van Gelder)
Not everyone truly loves and understands music but I like to believe most people do. Don’t get me wrong, there’s alot of crap on the interwaves of the net and its not all music. There are many people who think Xfactor is real talent. The world is a big place and with the gift of social networking the people of the world have a chance to mix and mingle with other like minded souls and through this method real music can be shared. So I use it to share with you.
