MAG DLC

March 25th Free MAG DLC
Yes your not going mad. The first MAG DLC is going to be released on March 25th and will be completely free. The DLC will inclue a flashbang grenade aswell as a light machine gun, 1 for each PMC and! aditional light uniforms also 1 for each PMC and to celebrate MAGs first DLC Zipper will be running double points weekend.
Starting March 25. Simply log in at 12am Pacific/ 3am Eastern/ 8am GMT and play MAG as you normally would. Every time you complete a game your experience doubles, and yes, this bonus stacks for Veterans who already have an XP bonus to begin with! Just make sure you actually complete the games you play – if you quit early, your bonus won’t apply.
Expect the Double XP promotion to run until 11:59pm Pacific time on Sunday, March 28. Be sure to take advantage of it as much as you possibly can until then.
FF XIII figurines

Final Fantasy Shiva
These are already available in japan. Its Snow’s summon named Shiva and its his bike which is made up of 2 characters which join together to make the bike. This action figure / figurine is pretty cool but the price tag is high. It comes in at about $200.00 in japan but no word yet of the price when it becomes available to the rest of the world. Question is, will i want to blow that much money on it when its available to just sit on my game shelf and look cool?

Problems gettin on Home?

Millenium bug bites again – FIX Here
On march 1st 2010 90% of all Phat playstation 3’s could not get online, the problem fixed itself when the date turned to March 2nd. But the problem still resonates through out the PS3 Network in the form of the Network Error Z(9,-2). You may be getting this error when you try to connect to Playstation Home.
If you do, then all you have to do go to Settings on the PS3 main menu, scroll down to “Date and Time Settings” and choose manual update, change the day to tomorrow and exit. Then go back into “Date and Time Settings and update your clock via the internet. Once thats done you will now be able to connect to PS3 Home and enjoy the new fast loading update.

Gran Turismo 5

Update
Sources tell me that GT5 will be released in October 2010, a deffinate 2010 release was anounced at GDC and an october release makes perfect sense as the build up towards christmas begins. Its expected that GT5 will include 3D gaming aswell as use of the new Playstation Move although no one is quite sure how polyphony will incorperate the Move into GT5’s gameplay but most people seem to think it will just be used as a steering wheel much like mario kart on the wii. I on the other hand think that Polyphony will find a new and exciting way to use this new controller. any idea’s?
