PS3 Slim vs PS3

Alright so alot of you have had your PS3 for quite a while and dont you think its time to upgrade, so to speak.
The old piano black PS3 does look awesome and im sure most of them work just fine. I sold mine a little while back and bought a new PS3 Slim as the really loud fan was getting pretty annoying. Once a month i would have to run the vacume cleaner/hoover over all the vents to suck all the dust out as the build up would cause the console to get pretty hot making the “turbo fan” kick in which then means i have to turn up my surround sound and annoy the neighbours a little more than usual lol.
So i sold it to my brother as he needed a good deal and i had a PS3 i wanted to upgrade. The only downfall to getting rid of the old model is i cant install Linux on the slim, However now i have the slim it does run alot quieter takes up a little less space on my desk and i thought i was gonna miss the old style PS3 design with the touch sensitive buttons and all that but to tell you the truth, i dont miss it. I love my new quiet PS3 slim.

If you can afford the upgrade i highly recommend it, and dont worry if you changed the hard drive on your old ps3 you can put it in the new PS3 slim meaning you can now sell your old PS3 with the slims 120gb hard drive.

Also if your one of the lucky ones who have the PS2 backwards compatible PS3 you will be happy to know they’re very rare these days and you can make quite a profit by selling it. Hell, youll be able to buy 2 PS3 slims. Either way what are you waiting for, go on order your PS3 slim.
