Looks like an official PSN app is about to be released for both iphone and android and its set to be released before Christmas, SWEET!! Could this be a sign of thing to coming PS Phone shaped? Go to any website selling games and you're amazed at all the AAA content coming our way during this winter season, it's a very exciting time with big games like GT5, LBP2, Assassins Creed BrotherHood, PS3 Move etc etc the list goes on But what about now? I can understand the big push for the winter as everybody will be buying Christmas gifts for everybody and so this makes the winter the perfect time to make a big push to sell games. But what about the summer months? if you look around there isn't really anything worth buying. Ok so there was Blur last month which was fun for a a month and Mafia II coming out soon but other than that there's not really much happening on the gaming scene. Imagine if just one of these big AAA titles was to be released during the summer, It would be a huge hit as everybody wants something new to play.  Instead of spacing all these titles throughout the whole year giving us the chance to purchase them all we will have to prioritise them. Is it special? So it's been said that video game companies are aiming their selling might at the 30 year old male gamer who is prepared to spend large amounts of money on video games and entertainment paraphernalia. Anyone else noticed almost every game released has either a collectors edition of special edition? While this sometimes gives you something worth having i can't help be see pointless packages including crap. Some of the time you do get cool stuff like Uncharted 2 gave you gold guns which you can ONLY get buy purchasing the special edition of the game and there's no way for people with standard copies to unlock them Plus you get this really nice tin case. I think i got it for an extra £5 or something like that and think it was worth it as this game is a keeper and will remain in my collection for serious amounts of time. But getting back to the point, what im trying to say here is if you buy every collectors or special edition of every game you buy then don't they just stop being special. My advice is carefully select your special edition games. Its the day of the year i call double points day on every game you have, as there's gonna be sooo many new playstations recieved today with complete noobs playing on them. I'll be holding another meeting in the RobGroove.com Club House on Playstation Home on Boxing day (day after christmas)  if you want to show up. We had 15 of us show up for the group photo yesterday but we were still missing a few so im shouting out too all my PS3 friends to get on home at 10pm - GMT / 5pm - EST / 2pm PST and come over to the club house. Anyone got the Game Of The Year? If you dont, your missing out. Not only are Naughty dog giving all online multiplayers double cash over christmas, Not only double medals aswell, But they're also putting santa claus hats on the characters,,,, AWESOME. How bloody wikid is that? Great News Finally! Just got word that Polyphony  (the makers of Gran Turismo series) are releasing a Gran Turismo 5 Demo. From what i hear it will only have one car and one track, Dont know what the track will be yet but the car will be a stock and tunned  Nissan 370Z. Not only do we get the GT5 demo but there will be a chance of a lifetime attatched to the top 20 leaderboard places. the top 20 on the leaderoard will get to compete for a spot on the Nissan/Playstation racing team thanks to the GT Academy. 2008/2009 on GT Prologue Lucas Ordoñez, a 23 year old spansh student won the competition and went on to come a very close 2nd in the drivers classification but stil won the Team Championship in the European GT4 Cup season. As for the Demo Track, Reports suggest it might be  Indianapolis GP Circuit.
