If your in the US you can subscribe to Qore for $25.00 or you can just get PSN+ which includes the Qore subscription but for us over in Europe and the UK Qore is not availableso how do we get it? It's not easy to do but if you really want it this is how. First of all you need to make an American PSN account when it comes to the address part just use google to find a USA address and zip code, may i suggest somewhere in California as i they do not seem to charge tax whereas i think if you use a New York address you will be charged approx an extra $5.
