Anyone know?

The bit that gets me is you see the 2 Audi R8′s at 2:28 to 2:34, it says in the top left corner its GT prologue but i have never seen that track. Is it some kind of tokyo drift type multi storey car park drifting track? anyone know, plesase comment on this post.
