Playstation 3 Hacked! Thats right you read it right. News just in tells me the guy responsable for hacking the iPhone in 2007 at the age of 17 has now turned to the PS3 and he's done it. George Hotz (cambridge) wrote on his blog that he now has complete read/write access to the Playstation 3 allowing him to make it backwards compatible with PS2 games but he's still unsure on how to wield his new found power. It wasnt no easy hack. It took him "3 years, 2 months, 11 days...thats a pretty secure system"  He goes on to say he's not going to make some easy to use download tool so everyone can jump on the bandwagon. As far as i can see its still in the early stages of infancy and im  sure will be quite a while before we start seeing mod'd PS3's  all over the place. Is this the end?
