My first experience with SOCOM was the last one by Slant 6 which I keep hearing was a bad game but I enjoyed the hell out of it. I think I played it for about a year straight. What I kept hearing though was how "it's not as good as SOCOM 2" and "it's glitchy as hell"  but it seems to me as though Zipper (Original creators of SOCOM and MAG) have got it right with this one. The multiplayer game play looks just like I  remember it but with some great new tweaks to it and with the option to  play the game in a huge range of different ways I just KNOW! that this game is gonna be greater than it's ever been. #TIP SOCOM is the kind of game that requires a strong clan and great team work so make sure you find a clan and stick with them. The SOCOM beta is expected to arrive on our PS3's some time in March (possibly the begining of April) and for those of you who have PSN+ accounts you should get it free. Electronic Entertainment Expo is what E3 means and is one of the biggest Game Expo's of the calender year. E3 will begin in less than 2 weeks on June 15 till 17th and i expect will bring great news many have been waiting to hear. Yes the final release date for Gran Turismo 5. GT5 was already announced for release in Japan for March 2010 but that release date got canceled due to the 3D ability being added to the game so now after many more months of waiting we hope to hear the final release date at E3. There are also rumors that the PS3 Move might be added and maybe we might hear about this at E3. Im expecting big things from GT5 i believe there will be tons of features we couldnt possibly dream of added to the game which we may or may not hear about untill the release. Either we will hear a release date for GT5 or not E3 is still set to be an amazing 3 days of gaming news and you can expect RobGroove.com to post Big news whenever it happens as well as the live Sony conference stream on this blog. Vote it up! Quite often i hear fellow gamers bangin on about how SOCOM II was the best game ever made and how no SOCOM has compared to it since and even though SOCOM 4 is coming out at the end of this year alot of SOCOM II fans still want it brought back in HD as they believe SOCOM 4 will just be a sell out trying to tap into some of the success COD MW2 had and who can blame them. MW2 was a massive! success outselling blockbusting movies. I personally think SOCOM 4 will be better than most believe but what the hell, im allways up for another PSN exclusive  and think it would be interesting to bring SOCOM II back in HD  just to see what they're all bangin on about. Zipper (creators of SOCOM) did say they might not bring S2 back as it may be one of those situations where some things are better left in the past and there's a possibility that bringing it back in HD might destroy that memory for everyone who played the original.
