My first experience with SOCOM was the last one by Slant 6 which I keep hearing was a bad game but I enjoyed the hell out of it. I think I played it for about a year straight. What I kept hearing though was how "it's not as good as SOCOM 2" and "it's glitchy as hell"  but it seems to me as though Zipper (Original creators of SOCOM and MAG) have got it right with this one. The multiplayer game play looks just like I  remember it but with some great new tweaks to it and with the option to  play the game in a huge range of different ways I just KNOW! that this game is gonna be greater than it's ever been. #TIP SOCOM is the kind of game that requires a strong clan and great team work so make sure you find a clan and stick with them. The SOCOM beta is expected to arrive on our PS3's some time in March (possibly the begining of April) and for those of you who have PSN+ accounts you should get it free.
